Sigma Mixer
The Sigma Mixer is used to mix acids, fillers, soda and additives into a uniform mass. Our mixers use Z-blades for gentle but thorough kneading.
Multi Screw Conveyor
A Multi Screw Conveyor moves mixed material from the mixer to the plodder without manual handling.
Vacuum Plodder
The Twin Worm Duplex Vacuum Plodder is the heart of our Detergent Cake Plant. It compresses the kneaded mass, removes air under vacuum and produces a dense, smooth extrudable column.
Long Bar Cutter — Precision sizing
The Long Bar Cutter slices the continuous extrudate into equal-length bars with high accuracy.
